FORMING A TRI CHAPTER The most important group in TRI's success is the local Tri Chapter. This is where the Adventure, Fellowship and Knowledge is delivered and shared among the membership. For many, this is the greatest benefit of TRI membership. The Director of TRI Operations will be happy to assist you in the procedure of forming a Tri Chapter. ORGANIZATION OF TRIKE RIDERS INTERNATIONAL A Tri Chapter is formed by at least 7 TRI members who agree to fulfill basic member service expectations and request a Charter. Basic

The roster below lists Tri Chapters Now Organizing AND Areas with sufficient members for chartering Tri Chapters. We are trying to keep these groupings within a reasonable distance although some may include members as much as 75 miles from one another. Groupings will likely change as new members create closer groupings. A member can volunteer as an Organizer without committing to being considered a Tri Chapter Leader designate. However, a group cannot form without a Leader, Assistant Leader and Treasurer. ALL STATES HAVE MEMBERS. Several have 4 and 5 members living in a potential Tri Chapter area and need only a few more. These areas are not listed, but we welcome inquiries from those who want to recruit the necessary members for a group and get things going.
